In 1993, Caffe Aroma opened in WIlliamsville, NY. In 1995, The Caffe Aroma coffee shop on Elmwood was founded and in 1999, it was then that Trattoria Aroma opened where the Caffe Aroma in Williamsville once was. The owners wanted a warm, welcoming atmosphere to showcase a full Italian menu. Romola Massaro, one of the principal founders and current proprietor of The Trattoria Aroma on Main Street and The Caffe Aroma, takes pride in her restaurant by continuing to bring exciting new cuisines, the expansion of exciting wine offerings and of course, always fresh, quality dishes.
